For the icing
200g butter softened
200g icing sugar
2 tsp wireless coffee combined with 1 tbsp water
50g undeniable chocolate, melted
Means:
Warmth oven to 170C/150C fan/fuel three. Line 18 holes in 2
bun tins with fairy cake instances. Beat the sugar with the butter till gentle
and creamy. Beat the eggs, separately, including 1 tbsp flour on the comparable
time. Beat in the remainder of the flour at the side of the coffee. Spoon into
the cake instances and bake for 17 minutes, swapping the trays after 12
minutes. Cool on a cord rack.
To make the icing, beat the butter till faded, then
